Solution: Change the send mail port to 366.

You can follow the step to change the setting.

1.) Open Outlook express.

2.) Go to Tools (工具) and then click Accounts (帳戶).

3.) Choose (double click) the account you need to modify.

4.) Go to the advanced tab(進階) and change the smtp port from port 25 to port 366.

5.) Click "Ok", then finish.
