Question: How to retrieve previously saved Address book?

Answer:

Please use the following settings:

1) Open old server URL (the old server will be shutdown after 25-Jan-2011) http://202.181.165.215/webmail
2) Login
3) Click "Tools" and then "Import/Export" in top menu
4) Click "Export" menu in the Import/Export Windows
5) Click "Export" button under "3) Export CSV file"
6) Save the address book CSV file
7) Logout and Close Internet Explorer

A) Open mail server URL http://sslmail.lota.net/webmail
B) Login
C) Click "Tools" and then "Import" in top menu
D) Click "Upload" and select the saved address book CSV file
E) Click "Import"
F) Select "Contact name" from the first column of "3) select column type for import"
G) Click "Import" at the bottom of the window
