Answer: Enable the secured login in e-mail (smtp) account setting.

Solution:

You can follow the step to change the setting.

1.) Open Outlook express.

2.) Go to Tools (工具) and then click Accounts (帳戶).

3.) Choose (double click) the account you need to modify.

4.) tick the secure login box.

5.) Click OK (確定), then finish.
